[[I'm aLL AbOuT yOu...]]

Ayy firstly nothing special about the title. I'm actually listening to Aaron Carter's I'm All About You, so juz thought of putting it as my blog title. It's quite a nice song. Nothing too special about Aaron Carter's voice though. Those kind of, you know, guy's voice before puberty that kind of thing. =P
Today was quite a slow day. Only had a tutorial from 2-5. Morning woke up and prepared notes for my CA next week, whereby I have to analyse and be a critic of either 1 of the 4 websites chosen by the lecturer. So far, I've analysed 2, so that's 2 more to go. Lesson today, I was asked for comments on media imperialism after a classmate finished presenting about that topic. In case you're wondering, media imperialism means...brace yourself for this ar...the iniquitous flow of cultural production from the First to the Third World resulted in a situation whereby the media of advanced capitalist economies were able to substantially influence, if not actually determine, the nature of cultural production and consumption within Third World countries, resulting in a cultural hegemonization of these countries and encouraging the rise of a consumerist idealogy within them. Lolx understand them mah? =PpPp
Anywayz I had an opposite stance, which is I'm against the idea that media imperialism has a strong influence here. To summarise what I said, I believed that people of a rght-thinking society would know and be able to choose what is best for them and not subscribe to everything from the media influenced either by the West of the East. =)
After school went to Sembawang to slack for awhile with my friend. He had wanted to conduct an interview for his project with his uncle, but he wasn't home so in the end the trip was wasted. Went home after that and had crabs for dinner today. Not too bad hor? =)
Been 2 days since her grandfather passed away. Haven't really hear much from her. Perhaps she's doing fine ba, don't need me to bother her. Hope she is well. Take care wor~...
